If you’re not familiar with it, geocaching is a game people play in which you use GPS coordinates to find hidden caches, usually containing a logbook and some trinkets.

You can sign off your name in it can leave it there for the next lucky person to find. This is a great game for fitness because it involves a lot of hiking, which is great for cardio. It also allows you to get a sense of adventure, like you’re searching for treasure.

Some people have found success in fitness based video games, which have you perform various cardio-intensive actions in order to complete objectives and advance through the story.
